Well now that we had it thru the holidays. I hope you all had a good one. Now all we have left to do is PARTY... New Years ! Or for some people..stay in and relax with the ones we love !

Well incase you are tired and feeling a bit frazzled like most people after the holidays here is something that might help !

I got these at Costco, they might be at other places to purchase as well.
These are like small icey hot patchs and work up to 8 hours at a time.
When my neck gets tight and I have had a stressful day.. these really do help. So I tought I would pass them on.


Here is what they look like. One patch on each side! They work great and are cheap 6.99 for a pack of 120...... what a steal for relieving some pain.

Hello Everyone ...

I hope your Holidays where good for everyone. Ours was good. We got to spend time with family and catch up a bit and chit chat and that is always nice.

Hubby had a few nice Xmas surprises for me this year.. which is always nice. So since Friday I had to work all day. Yesterday we ran some errands and then chilled out to a dinner at home.

Today we hope to get some items done in the basement. My new Bathroom is really coming along and I love it.

But this morning...Hubby was helping me with my cricut machine and my new fonts ( or bottons as I call them) Oh gosh a few Christmas's ago my Hubby - boyfriend back then. Bought me a cricut machine as one of my presents. I was ridden with quilt because it was a big expense and I rarely used it. So this Xmas he bought me some more fonts in hopes I could finally get back to using it and playing around with it again.

Here are a few of the new fonts I got !

It really is fun..but I need to refresh myself with all the setting and such. Since the thing has barely been in use. This will be great fun for cards and scrapbooking now !

I got sooo use to my Cuttlebug, I rarely used my Cricut soooo now I hope to use them both, just as much !

The sun is out.. as it is a chilly 8 here in Mn..but the sunshine is great !

Well .. I suppose... I better get to things around here a bit !

WOW..am I getting excited !

This is my last post for Today ! But please page down.. as I have about 4 of them! (Trying to catch up on everything I wanted to share )

My Hubby has not had much work lately. So he has been sooo busy at home and I have to say I am sooo proud of him and blessed that I married a man that has sooo many skills !

He has been working on hanging and laying down all of our all natural Travertine title in our downstairs bathroom. There is a ways to go..but we are about 1/2 way there in the bathroom. We have had these supplies since Feb and he is now getting things put together and I am just LOVING the results ! Here are a few sneak peaks of things sooo far!

Custom order doors for our basement and also the latest look that is now in style ! These are going to look great when clear coated and the door handle is on !

Above is the floor awaiting some grout ! This also has a special heated floor underneath the title so it will keep your feeties nice and warm...
Here is the outside wall of the shower and my Hubby's special accents we picked out just to give it some extra design and to make it feel more upscale.
My light and mirror that will be over my sink on my chocolate brown walls.

I can't wait for the grout to be done so my Hubby can install my sink and toilet and I can dress the room all up with rugs and pictures and accessories! I will take some final pic's when we are done.

Want some cute idea's to hold your Holiday gift cards ! Here is a Santa gift card holder that I made this year for everyone getting gift cards in my family !

All made with Stampin' Up items. The square punch, the scalloped punch. Some black ribbon. You can also use black felt ribbon as well. Then another punch into the square punch to make his belt. The corner rounder punch for the sides and some paper !

I also wanted to share this gift card Holder my friend made as well. Just another spin on things and oh so cute. She has brown paper in the inside to hold the gift card ! Another cute look for the Holidays !

I was such a naughty girl.. I did not take pic's of my finished cards, or any of the notebooks, candies, jumbo paper clips, tictac holders.. or my other prohects I did. Oh well. Everyone at work loved them !

Well the Christmas card are finally starting to come in. I think everyone was a bit late this early on getting ready for Xmas !

It is going to be a white Xmas !

Well it has been a while since my last post. Just way tooo busy this week.

Monday night was errands. Tues was bowling and a few more errands with my Hubby. Wed night was making a few Xmas treats, Thursday night I wanted to start to get the house picked up and some clothes washed. But that was post-poned till Friday night due to a severe migraine. No Fun. Soooo last night I wrapped 2 last minute gifts for today. Dropped off some other gifts at a friends house. Got all my chores done and WOW was I up late, and then I jumped up today at 7am.

Well here in Mn it is about 18 here and it is suppose to be Blizzard conditions which makes me nervous for my in-laws coming over for early Xmas.

I have a few of these Candy treats for today !

Wow..nearly a week..

Well sorry everyone.. it has been a while since I have been online. When I signed on I have 51 emails awaiting me. WOW... well our home has been a flurry of busy busy Elf's. Thankful for the help of my Hubby.... we have been doing many things for Xmas. Wrapping up a few last mintue home made Gifts. Getting all the final details done and complete... here are a few snap shots of my messy Holidays prep items...

I am trying my best to finish my Christmas cards and I hope high hopes to get some Christmas goodies made in the kitchen as well. We are having an early Christmas this weekend. So I have snacks to make and cleaning to get done around the house. But I am really going to keep it simple. This next week will be a busy one. I have several items to do after work on Monday. Tues is Hubby's bowling night I go with and visit with the other woman and watch the boys. Then it is Wed already and I will need to get everything out and ready for my guest's the last few nights of the week.

Well I have more work to do and items to get done... so for now this little Santa Elf is going to get more items done and I hope that whatever you are doing. You are enjoying the Holidays and keeping warm.

One last side note.. this season. Keep your family and friends in mind and left them know how much you care. We have a few very sick family members that we are praying for. God Bless them all.

Its been days.....

Well its been days.. I have been putting up decorations in our home ! To be honest.. I am starting to get a bit tired ! Its alot of work..but it is nice when it is all said and done.

Here is another peak of my tree. I have a fantasy tree ! I use to have one with all different sort's of ornaments. But now I only use pretty ones!

A bit of JOY anyone ?

I been have spent the last 4 days doing Xmas. Bring a few last things, wrapping every present we have. They are under the tree, making Xmas presents, making Xmas cards, stamping,cutting, packing and un-packing... man oh man.. then comes the cleaning..after all the mess is made ! But with a few things to wrap up I am nearly ready 3 weeks early ! Proud to say. It hasn't been a easy one...but I will do a few more things...! I have 8 small projects going... and I also have items and food to plan for early Xmas with my In Laws ! It will be sooo nice to have someone enjoy all the decor inside the house !

Here is one of my snowman family... I have 3 or 4 others like him but all in different outfits !

I hope your are staying warm this winter ! I hope your deocrating..wrapping...Xmas cards and things are also coming along !

I hope hear from you all...one way or another ! I have already gotten a few Xmas cards and love to wait to see what the mail man brings each day !

Winter is here !

Winter is here in Mn, it is glummy and the snow flakes are flying. It is 15 degrees and I have to be honest. It looks sooo pretty from inside the house! So I will spend the day...continuing to put up my Xmas items and also do some stamping projects and finish my Xmas cards so I can get them in the mail. I already have my Xmas stamps and I have custom made return labels all made ! Just need to do the rest of my cards and I will be good to go. For now I am watching Xmas specials on TV, sitting next to my heater and doing something I love, making handmade, handstamped items and cards ! Have a good weekend everyone.

Stay safe. We will have to travel in the snow tonight for my Father In Laws Birthday !

Back & Dec 1st!

Well it is Dec 1st already and a bit Chilly. A mere 22 outside today here in Mn.

It is very busy around our household.
We are getting new siding this week ..again for the 3rd time in 2 Years.

Our insurance company must just love us. But I guess that is what we pay for each month.

We have had some family things going on as well. That I am not willing to share at this time. But we pray for the best for everyone.

We also have many other things going on. We are doing our best to get all of our Christmas items done, as well as working full time and dealing with issues that are going on.

So you know.. the normal life..just a little more crazy then normal.

Today was a long work day..but I am glad to be home.

I hope all you had a good Thanksgiving ! Even with things going on. We still have many things to be Thankful for.
