We had the pleasure of baby sitting Parker this last weekend. He is sooo cute and sooo fun ! I was feeding him here and he was eating some towel with his lunch as well. Hehehehehe! I forgot to get pics of him playing in his Excer Saucer..maybe next time.

Bless the Broken Road by Rascal Flatts. I love this song, I could listen to it over and over and never tire of it. Both Jes and I got married a little later then all our family and friends. We had fun when we where young and dated different people, experienced life a bit before we found one another, so this song was fitting of us ! None of those other past loves where meant to be like ours was. So I truly believe God did bless our broken road so we would find each other. I believe this with all my heart for several reasons.

Update & Coupons

Hey Everyone... well its been a busy place around our home. Jes's been working on many, many coats of clear coat and then sanding and clear coating and sanding our basement doors and all the trim molding around them. We have also been spending time with family members, as well as I spent some time with some friends over the weekend as we had our monthly stamping day. Our course we had an excellent time and we got a jump start on our cards for our semi-annual work card exchange that is at the end of April.

I was just talking to a girl friend of mine and we where chatting about how our summer calendars are already getting pretty full and its only the end of March. It looks like it will be a busy summer, that is for sure.

Hey everyone... Well tonight I just wanted to share with you my revised version of my card. I changed just a few things. We are going to have a card exchange again at work and this is the card I have choosen to make. I think I will make part blue and part pink ones.

Finally !!!

HI everyone... I am soooo excited ! My Stampin Up order finally got here. I am soo thrilled. All my new items are great. I also got a few new book with my order.

I got a book and some new stamp pads, 2 new die cuts, some refill ink and a set of stamps.

Here is a card I made and put in the email today to my good friend who just had a baby boy ! Congrats to Sarah & Eric on your new baby Logan !
I got to see Baby Logan today and he was not even a week old. Thanks Sarah for bring him in. He is just sooo adorable!

Well I am off to enjoy the rest of my night and hope for the best tomorrow, as we have many family things going on. I also have a eye doc appt because something is wrong with the vision in my left eye. Kinda scary.

Hey there...

Well the end of the week got away from me and I did not find time to post until now. It was a nice weekend, but went by fast. The weather was simply great and really gave all of us Minnesotans hope for a Spring. We have had the longest winter this year and very cold..more so then normal.

I was fighting a migraine this weekend, but my Hubby was able to help me get rid of it. However for some reason I know have an issue with my left eye. I have what is known as a floater. I can see a line that is floating around all the time. It drives me nutz and I will need to make an eye appt to get it looked at.

Tonight hubby and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner together from the Grill..yum yum.. the first time of the year with a wonderful temp of 58.
It was sooo nice to do it all on the grill.

This week will be a very busy one. Monday my mother in law will do round 2 of her Kemo and we will pray she gets thru it okay. Tues. both my Father and Father in law will be having surgery. So we keep them in our thoughts and prayers as well. I also have plans for next weekend.. so I have several things to do in prep for that as well. So we will be very busy.

Hubby and I have also been making plans for my first ever,very own veggie garden. I can't wait. So we will see if I can maintain all my flower gardens as well as a veggie garden. But I can't wait for home grown veggies. I plan to do many great things with the veggies.

I had wanted to get some more stamping done this weekend again. But I didn't get to it. But I did find a few steals.

I got this huge pack of white thick card stock for many card making for a mere 6.00. As well as some ribbon for 1.50.

Then I found a new embossing plate for my Cuddlebug for 2.50. Yipppy !!

What does it mean to you ?

Hi there.. it is Sunday and I think the snow will pass us by. We are suppose to get another 3 inches or so today. It is noon and no snow yet. Yipppy. I am sooo ready for spring.

Well here is a pic of Parker in his horsey that he can jump in ! It was sooo adorable. I just love to see him !


We all have a good time last night. Had a great dinner and chat and played some Wii games and it was a perfect clear night so it was great for a Hot Tub.

Today I have to get some card stock ready for a project at work with my co-workers. Then I will start again on Stamping today !!! It is nice to have a few weekends that are low key and to get some items done around the house, as well as to have a bit of time to do some stamping as well.

Hey everyone... it looks so nice outside. But I am inside. Slept in a little this morning. I have got the house picked up since I have been sick all week. Got my chores done. Hubby is working on clear coating the basement doors. A bit of a long progress. With many coats and sanding in between everything. I got some more card making done today as well. I hope to do some more tomorrow. I am sure I will do more once I get my new stampin up products !!! I can't wait. Then tonight we will spend the night with family. Jes's parents have invited us kids over for Dinner, a hot tub and some time playing Wii and I will also get to see Parker as well. I have the camera loaded ! I hope that you all have a super weekend. Whatever it is you are doing.

New Items !

Well my new items will be on their way in just a matter of days. I have been selling some of my handmade cards to some friends. With the money I made I put towards a few new items from Stampin' up. I also learned that right now I will get a free new catalog and idea book which was great news. I am happy to see them doing offers like this. I also got a free stamp set.

I did however learn today that AOL does not work with the Stampin' Up website. They are aware of the issue and are trying to get it resolved. But just an F.Y.I. for anyone else !

Anyways.. I can not wait for my new product to get here ! It will be much fun. In just a few weeks I have a stampin day with some girl friends. So they can try out my new items as well. Its so fun to share with great friends!

As for me... I am now just starting to feel a bit better. Man it has been a long haul and I was starting to wonder if I was ever going to get better. I hope that I am on the MUCH better road to recovery.

It is really warming up this week here in Mn, so that is a pleasant surprise. But I have to say I have been stuck inside and haven't been able to really enjoy it. It has really been a drag being shut up in the house for days on end.

Hey everyone... I am here... I have just been really sick the last few days. All week I was kinda tired last week and my throat had been soar, but this weekend my cold went full blown. Which I guess I can not complain tooo much. Other then my migraines. I really haven't gotten all that sick this winter. But man am I ever feeling rough right now. My head is sooo congested I can not breathe or get any sleep. Body aches, eye lids are heavy, eyes are watering, nose is nearly going to fall off. But I have a great Hubby that has been by my side taking care of me. So that always helps.

But before I started really feeling bad I was having some fun with my stamps this weekend.
