Last weekend we got to see our in laws and of course our little guy, our nephew Parkers. He is sooo cute and it was a warm day so him and dad took a little dip !

What a doll ! Oh we just love to see him. Next week he is mine for a whole day. So that will be nice !!!

Today I send all my love and prayers to my sister. As we got her off to Chicago yesterday.

Today she is there for the memorial of her late boyfriend who passed away last week. Which was unexpected for everyone. I hope that God gives her the strength and courage she needs today and going forward. But with all the love and support we know she will be able to make it.

Ahhhhhhhhhh I love my garden!!!

Today I picked some wonderful Green beans. I did not get a wholeeeee lot yet. But there are tonz of baby ones left that need a little more time to grow.
Here is a small bunch of fresh and wonderful smelling parsley. It is sooo great to eat and use fresh veggies, rather then items from the store.

We love green peppers. I just can not believe I grew these. It is sooo fun ! I cant wait to eat them up.

I can not wait for my cucumbers and many tomatoes.

Hello everyone... sorry I haven't been around much. I am taking FULLLLL advantage of being laid off. I am enjoying many friends and family and its been great. Last weekend we where at my Grandparents cabin all weekend long. We came home sunday night.... and Tues morning I came back up for the week and I will be coming home tomorrow. We had a slight bit of rain.... otherwise its been greatr. Today has been wonderful...boating and tubing and good food and great family !

I want to send special love and prayer and warm wishes however to my sister, who's boyfriend of 10 years, unexpectedly passed away last night. They are still unsure of the reason but suspect it might have been a blood clot !

We love you dear !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fun at Agate Days

A snail fossible 250 million years old........

Despite the cold cold temps....we had fun buying all kinds of things of cool things...at Agate Days.

The whole highschool parking lot was people selling agates and jems and crystals of any kind. The entire inside of the highschool was packed as well.

Look at this................ soooo cool ! Above was a closer look....

There was also live music, food and the entire park filled with crafters. It was a packed day !!!

Veggies of my Labors !!!

Well the first thing for me to get out of my Garden. I was sooo thrilled. All my hard work has paid off and I have these wonderful looking pea pods. I will be adding them to a yummy salad so I can not wait to eat them up. I have tonz of tomatoes on their way as well ! All that watering and weeding and fertilizing really paid off ! I will have wonderful, fresh, organic veggies to snack on the rest of the summer..... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, what more could you ask for. Home grown also had such great flavor.

Me & My Bullet!

I got the Magic Bullet for a wedding gift and as you can see at the right hand side of the pic. I make great protein power shakes and it is sooo nice !
It is great to make just the cup size and it is ready to go. It is easy and no real clean up other then to throw the cup in dish washer.

I make great shakes and smoothies and wonderful things it in ! You might want to try it some time !

Friday Fun !

Sorry..the first pic is a little blurry..but you get the idea! Friday was fun. My friend and I hit Nancy's open house for Stampin' Up. We each got a few retired stamp sets, the new books, we did these two make and takes. Then we hit lunch and a fun storage store. We had a good time.
Below is another cute but simple card...!

Sat I met up with Lori and Michelle and we made a few other cards as well. We had a good time and chatted ! Later we went to Mom and Dads for a BBQ then went to watch fire works. All and all a busy weekend. Sunday we spent the day with Grandma working on some projects at her house and then came home to a flooded basement ! So busy busy weekend !

Hello everyone.... I hope that you had a great and safe Holiday weekend. We sure did. We could not have gotten nicer weather at the lake for the weekend !

Above is a pic of my Hollyhock Flower... heheheh I had many of these and pulled them out but it keeps coming back so this year .. I just let it go and the light pink is soooo pretty !

Well I have alot of unpacking and clothes to wash and things to do..so I better run for now.

I am off and running this morning. Hubby was checking and doing some things to the boat when he noticed our boat tires are shot. They would have blown up on the road. Thank god for small miracles that he was checking things out and found them like this. So I am going to get new tires put on and when I get home Hubby can mount them back on the trailer !
