Had to Share some great Creativity !!!!!

So.... on Valentines Day I came to work with a little surprise on my desk and wanted to share for all you crafters/stampers out there. Something very cute to make. My friend Lori made these cute little treat bags.
She made cute little tags and put it on some light pink ribbon.
Here I made a close up shot of the candy's she dec-ed out ! She had dove heart candies and made these adorable stamped circles and put them on the front and back. What a totally cute idea for any holiday !! You can also see she changed up the colors a bit as well tooo.

Above is a snap shot of just one item on my Dining Room Table. Of course the house is decked out for the V-day.
For my Valentine Sweetie I hand made some white Choc covered Strawberries with Red sprinkles !!!
I also have these cute heart candles on the table as well to light for our Valentine dinner !!!

I also have a few small other things to set out tomorrow before I head to work !

I also have to add I was surprised with a really nice Valentine gift from my B.F.... she gave me some awesome pink sprakle letters, candy, paper, small cards,
tied all together with some cute red ribbon !! Thanks.. it was sooo nice and appreciated!

A new week, how was your weekend

Well it is Monday... lately my post's have only been on the weekends. I am not sure where the weeks go. But I am going to make a effort to get back to posting during the week as well.

Well, hope you all had a super weekend, despite the VERY chilly temps.

We had a good weekend, stayed in the house and stayed warm. While I did not get my sewing done. I did however get alot of other things done which was a great feeling. Still have a few more items I hope to get to this week. But I got to stamp and get my Valentines all taken care of. Just have to write them out and get them mailed and a few delivered. I haven't stamped for a little bit... so it was nice to do it again. I had the computer there if I needed it and HGTV on ( one of my fave channel's )

Jes and I also had some time to sit and watch TV/Movie together for a while. We got a nap in and it was sooo nice. Warm and cozy in our home and a bit of relaxing as well. The rest of the year gets soooo busy for us and last year it was busy for us at this time. So this winter I am totalllllly soaking up the down time when it is not soooo busy ! Gosh it sure is nice.

Vacation Pic's to Share !!

So as many of you already know... In Jan Jes and I had our honey moon on a Eastern Caribbean Cruise. We have asked to put our pic's online. I had also promised. So for the first time ever. Jes had loaded our pic's on Shutterfly.com. It is a really nice webpage and easy to use. I hope you enjoy looking at all the pretty views we encountered on our week vacation. While the weather is a chilly -15 here in Mn.. it sure is nice to remember the warm breezes and temps for 83-87 we had for that week.

Valentines are ready for this week !!!

Soooo.. I had NO plans on leaving the house this weekend. With that being said.. I was hoping to get ALOT done as well as some Valentines ! Soooo... here it is..... I was working hard yesterday.
Here are some goodies for some work friends!
Here are some cards I worked on last night. Instead of making them all the same like I might do at other times each one of these are different and will be given or sent to family members and a few friends. This is a close up.Here is a quick view of the cards I got done!!!!!

Saturday...Snowy, Cold and Windy !!!!

Well it is snowy and cold and windy......

My weekend to do list is very long. But I have been running since this morning to get it done.

I have the wash going, phone calls made. We made home made soup for lunch. My hubby ran to the store for me. To get a few items I had forgotten. Then he helped me cut up items. I really enjoy cooking together. I hope he does to. Perfect for a cold winter day. Plus it makes the house smell yummy as well. I have dinner all plan and the items out I need for that as well.

I also have a long list of items that need to be fixed on my Mom's sewing machine. I have clean clothes that need to be put away. Items from the vacation to put away. Vacuming, dusting..etc......

But what I REALLLLLLY wanted to do which I am going to do is get some Valentines made as well as some Valentine goodie bags for my co-workers !!! Get some tags stamped and made for those as well. This week is Valentines and so I want to make sure I get my cards and items done for all of my LOVED ones. It is the perfect time to show your love and friendship to others.!!

With that being said... I am off to dig out my stamp pads and stamp sets and come up with some cute idea's.

I will post a pic of what I get made when I get done.

Some much to do so little time !!!

So.... as I had said in my post about the cruise for the first time ever and we where the first boat. Carinval begins to sell scarpbooks. Well this is something I can not get at home or anywhere else. So I am torn to work on my scrapbook today or to do my chores and put my clothes away from my trip, wash clothes and get all my times downstairs packed away... ahhh doesn't this just look sooo much more fun. Maybe I can do a little of all of them and not feel soooo bad !!!
I loved this huge pack of items for only 11.00. I also had the names of all the ports that we visited as well as the name of the decks on the ship! Super Cool !!!
Here is the cute book, it also had an silde in as you can see with the same of our ship. I don't have it in there yet, but they also gave you a pic of the actual ship we took so I have to insert that yet as well !So that is going to be my Sunday. Originally we where going to have Jesse's parents over for my Mother in laws birthday, and do chores and errands yesterday... but we had a change in plans and did it yesterday.

Ahhhhh purses.. I LOVE them!!!

Okay so when we where on vacation I got these two totally rad purses. I always LOVE getting new purses and seem to change them often. So with the wonderful eye of my Hubby. While in the Bahama's we did some shopping and I got these two purses. I am using the first one right now and can't wait for later to use the Kate purse. Just wanted to share.

Now I almost wish I would have bought a few more ! Tax and Duty free!! Yipppppy.

Christmas at the End of Jan.

So things always get busy for the Holidays. Right. Well me and my girlfriend just didn't get time to get together to exchange holiday gifts yet. So the other day I came home to my gift. Here is what I got. Some cute Albums and a hand made scarf. So cute. I love it all. I also got some other small goodies with it as well.
