These are all such wise words. Wise things to take some time to think about. Take some time to ponder and consider. Each might mean a little something to you..but the meaning is by far the most important. Some of these I know I can work on and think about.

Last weekend update....

Hey Everyone -

Hope you had a good weekend! We had a good one. Friday night was the Simpson's movie.

Sat and chores and wedding prep item's. Later my brother and sister in law joined us for a burger and corn on the cob on the grill. Yummmmmmmmmmy. It has been the first time all summer we have ate on the deck. Fun times. Usually it is sooooo hot that we can sit out there and enjoy it and eat !

Sunday was good. More chores done and some more wedding items taken care of. Jes has been sooo good about helping with things. I am really proud of him. Then later my Mom and Sister came out and we went to the lake for a boat ride. Ahhh it was nice. It was later in the evening and it cooled down a bit and it was soooo nice and sooo perfect. We all had a good time. Jes was very pleased because he really wanted to take the boat out. But its really been hard with every thing else going on. But we did it and had a blast !!

Yippy. It has been sooo nice to do something fun along with all the chores and work for the wedding.
Even if it was for just a few short hours !

I am totally treasuring the small things ! You all know how much I love the boat and riding around in it with the wind in my hair and the sun on my face. Wonderful feeling !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today he is 31 !! Yippppy ! That means 31 spankings for him and fun for me.... hehehehe j/k !

Tomorrow night we will be celebrating his birthday with dinner at the new sports bar in town and then to the GRAND opening of the new Simpson's Movie. Jes loves to watch it. So he is thrilled about this movie.
I promised him I would take him to it, since it opens the day after his birthday.

All and All it will be a good night and we will have fun I am sure. His bro and sister in law will also be joining us !

Hello again!

This is going to be fast. As I have a busy night yet and its been a long day.

I never thought my work day was going to end today.

I have been online and on the phone since I got home tonight getting wedding things set up and done.

50 Million emails sent to different people.
Hair appointements made.
Dress appointments made.
Church appointments made.
Hotel arrangements made.
Tux info sent out.
Tonz of emails to my wedding party.
Infomation sent out.
Calls to family for address's.
And the list goes on. I still have alot to do tonight yet.

Tomorrow my best friend and maid on honor is coming over to help me with the table favors for the reception.
I am sooo looking forward to seeing and talking with her as well as the help. So far I have been flying solo alot. Which is good and bad I guess. Don't have people to consult with. But alot of work and stress to do it on your own as well.

This weekend went by way to fast and not much rest was gained. Worked my tail off on Sat getting things done and chores and more wedding items.

Sunday we hit the Twins game and then dinner downtown my with in-laws. So that was a fun day. But it was the whole day. So it didn't leave time for much else.

This morning it was hard to get outta bed.

This week is busy yet again with appointments. But I expect that's how all the rest of my weeks will be now , until the wedding. It is also really getting to the fun parts.

I have my first shower in a week and a half. So that will be something to look forward to !

Week !!!

It was a busy week. I am hoping to play catch up today and get some things updated on my blog.

Well last week was a busy one. Wedding plans are going to be a daily affair now. As we are getting to just short of 2 month to go until the big day is here. For the most part, its been a good ride.
We have hit a few bumps in the road, but we made it over there.

Last week we meet with the Wedding Singer. She is great ! Fun to work with and WOW what a voice.
I hope you all think so at the wedding as well. She sure blew my socks off as well as my Mom's.

Also had a good visit with Grandpa Friday night! He still has his humor and says the cutest things.
Funny how nice it is so see a smile on his face when he looks at you. Its one of those priceless warm, fuzzy we all like sooo much.

Sat - was fun day. We had a Birthday party to go to for Rylie, she was ONE this weekend. Good to see friends, and her Mommy and Daddy as well. After that party we headed yet to another Pool Party at some old Friends, Julie and Eric. Who I haven't seen in ages. Nice to see them again and chat for a bit.
Their parties are always a blast. So you are guaranteed a good time there !
This week we have more things but nothing like last week and trust me the needed break will be great.

Well its been a while. I know. I am sorry. Life is keeping me busy. Some good with the bad I guess.

Glad to say how I have a life and I am living it.

I wanted to share with you on my blog. A blog that I read whenever there is a post.

But first..............

As some of you may now.... I don't get toooo excited over actor's, musicians, bands, or groups. To be frank.. I could careless what people in Hollywood are doing. The last time I really got excited over something like that I was in Junior High and the group was called "NKOTB"
For all of you out there in wed land that have NO clue what that stands for. It is 'New Kids On The Block"

Now matter who they are or what they are doing. Its pretty much all the same. They get paid alot of money, buy alot of things, and some act like there is not punishment for their careless actions. But it is all nothing to me. I don't feed off of it, and other then the whole Paris thing that was more then annoying and beyond stupid. If she did the crime, do the time. Simply said. That's my take.

But there is one person I like. His name is John Mayer. Just have always liked his music. He tooo, like the rest of the world has a blog. Different from other's and my most often rambling. He has something to say.
Incase you didn't know he seems to be very smart, he has a great look on things and often asked some good questions. Well his lasted post was about LIVE EARTH !

Saturday...

Yesterday we had a visit with him and his Mommy. He was such a good boy when we where there to visit him. Soo cute Huh. Look at all that hair ! Wow... ! His room was all done up and was adorable tooo with a Dinosaur theme. I really liked it.

We also had some fun yesterday.. since we where in Coon Rapids ( we don't get there much ) We decide to hit a favorite mexican spot for lunch !

Came home took a nap. Stayed in the house and stayed cool most of the day. Just relaxed. It was a easy day. It was soo nice. No worries, no mean people, no chores. Just relaxed and had fun. Something I really needed.

Today - Sunday. I hope to get a few wedding items done. Then of course there are chores. But the day off was a much needed one. Last week was a very bad and stressful one for many reason I won't go into on here.

Well - off to read the sunday paper, finish some things around the house.

I hope that everyone is having a good weekend and whatever you are doing I hope you are staying cool.

I hope that you all have a happy and very safe 4th of July. It looks like god granted us a wonderful nright, sunny warm day. Go out and have fun and relax and enjoy the day. We'll be soaking up the rays at a pool party today. Should be a fun time !!

Ahhh, its hard to believe it is JULY already !!!

Just a simple 2 and 1/2 months until I am an old married lady. Although to be honest. I think I have the old part already down.

I have managed to get 2 things off my wedding to do list. With many more to come. I have sooo many little things to do and worry about.

Next week I have an appointment every day after work. So that will be tiring.

I have been busy and a bit overwhelmed with things. I will admit and share. But some has been emotional and disappointment. In what you might ask ?? Sooo many things and so many people. Ya know... call me stupid, and maybe I am. But I do sooo much for other's. I just expect they would kindly return the favor. But I guess that's not always the case. Silly for me to think otherwise.

Even though I am getting married, this is a one time deal. No one can seem to take a little time out of their busy lives for a Bride to be ! I am not asking for alot. Just a little help and a little thoughtfulness ! That's it.
Nothing grand. I don't have high, outrageous expectations like some brides. Just some good old fashion TLC, you know love and support.

How do you deal with disappointment ?

How do you not let it pull on your heart strings ?

How do you kindly, express it to the people you would like to ?

How do you get it off your chest and move on ?

Do you then change your behavior to those who always seem to keep disappointing you ?

Its a hard one. Any suggestions please let me know.

I am open for postive and supportive suggestions.
Except for it will be fine and don't worry.

I simply feel like this one happens once and I want to have good memories of it. Not ones of disappointment.

On a good note.....................

All in all. I do have to give Jes alot of credit. We have not had a single fight or disagreement once yet over any wedding items. He has been loving and supportive over everything. I am sooo blessed for that. He has been helpful and taking things very well. I am soo thankful for that. Often this is a stressful time for the couple getting married. Although it has been stressful with so many things to do. It has not been stressful with us or our relationship. So I must have a little Angel with me on that one.

As hard as it gets sometimes. I am trying to keep my head up and take the good with the bad.

Weekend at the Lake !!

Okay.. this is NOT Jes and I in the tube ! But a couple tubing.

After we got to the lake this last weekend and got some much needed chores done. We went tubing and sking and boating. We had a good time. Everyone got along for the most part and we got out on the lake.

Boat rides is by far, one of my FAVORITE things to do.
I love the wind rushing thru my hair and the warm sun light on my face and the rush of skimming the top of the water. There is just soooomething sooo cool about it. Something I love. Something sooo relaxing to me as well. So we had a good time. I think I ate more then I should have. We both did ! But we had fun !! It was good. Sara and Nate joined us Friday afternoon and we hit the pizza joint in town for a wonderful pizza dinner.

I really needed a weekend of fun. It is alot of work to pack up and get things planned and up there and back. But worth it as soon as I hit that lake !!!
