What do you want outta '2008' ?

Well "2008" is here !

We had such a nice New Years. My hope was to stay home. But we had a nice time. We saw a funny comedy act and then headed to some friends house for yummy munchies, games and a champagne toast at the stroke of Midnight with a nice kiss from my Hubby ! It turned out really nice. It was nice to get outta the house and have some fun. That is for sure.

New Years day was even better. It was a lazy day with an afternoon nap ! It was great. We did a few chores around the house. Jes was a big help and I so appreciate that. Sometimes I feel sooo overwhelmed with all the demands of keeping up a house and a big family. So it was nice to have his help. It made the chores not seem so bad and it felt good to get them done as a team. Thanks dear.. wink wink ! Then we watched some TV and took a nap like I said. Ahhh nice ! I soo needed it.

So, some people in Blog land have been coming up with a WORD they want to start 2008 with.
My word will be BLESSED !!!

Blessed with many,many things.
We have been blessed already.. even though some days it may be hard to remember that fact. As the world and life gets busy and sometimes a bit frustrating with the normal daily challenges like throws at us.
But hope we are bless with good health , ( weight lose for me ).
I hope we are blessed with Work for Jes this year. ( As he has not been working for going on 4 months)
Blessed with more peace and less stress.
Blessed with good things in life.
Blessed with a little angel on my shoulder watching over me day after day.
I hope we are blessed with good luck. Yesterday Jes made a funny comments... the only luck we seem to have is bad luck.If it wasn't for that we wouldn't have any at all. Hehehhe
Blessed with another year of friends and family and people that mean alot to us.
Well to be frank.. the list could go on forever. But I won't bore you all.
