Well Look what I got !!!

Ahh I am gonna have soooo much fun !

I got these 8 new sets of stamps and I cant wait to play.

I also got some new punches to play with as well, and a few other small items. Part was my Xmas money and part was I got a few stamp sets online as well. We all have been sooo busy that my Stamping group will not meet until the end of Feb to meet and stamp. While I would love to spend some time on my own at home stamping and making fun things. I am not sure I will have the time just yet either. We have a full calendar for Feb.

Sooooo has anyone been doing anything fun and creative that they want to share this winter ??

Usually I make Valentines day cards and I don't even think I am gonna have time for those this year. Bummer ! Might even have to buy a card for the Hubby. We'll see how things go.

But I am sooo thrilled about all the fun I am gonna have with these stamps sets. I am also excited with the Teeny Tiny Words and Thoughts and Prayers from Stamping Up. Alll they will be nice to have and can be used for many many different things and cards.

Hey everyone…

Well how is this new year treating you so far ? Ours has been okay. Some issues with our Trip. But my Hubby has been doing a great job getting all the little kinks worked out to ensure a great time once we get there. NO THANKS to our travel agency that went out of business. What a mess ! But we are on track, we thought we were before..but ran into a few more bumps. Hopefully this was the last one.

It’s been a busy home for us, but if you know us well. You know that is nothing new. I miss so many people…as we haven’t seen some friends for a while. Just don’t get the time we use to it seems like. But we will have to make some.

I miss my lil Parker and his smiling face… we are also expecting a new baby boy nephew in March as well.

My family is doing fine and nothing major going on right now. Which is very good.

Jes and I are excited for the trip and I think my sister is too, since she will be joining us. It will be her first vacation in a long time and her first cruise so she will enjoy it and she needs it after the sad and eventful year she had last year.

We have been lucky here in Mn and have had a warm week or so of about 28-30’s and its been nice. Just can’t wait for the 80’s.

Winter usually means home upgrades and finishing projects, but not much of that has happened either this year and I already have a plan for the living room and a major re-model for that. Ahhhhhhhh if money grew on tree’s.

I want to send a special prayer to all my friends who are still laid off and looking for work. I hope they find something. If anyone has some job openings please let me know. I would love to pass on some info to them.

Hey everyone.... Hope the New Year has been good to you so far ! Things around our house have been good this year. We are starting off the early with a buzzzzz.... but reallllly what is new. We have many things going on and so many more to look forward to. Along with the welcoming of another Nephew in March. So that will be exciting, as well.

Life has been good and we hope this year will be a blessed one as last year was very eventful in both good ways and bad. We hope for less of the bad ones. We also hope that all of friends and family alike will have a happy, and healthy year.

I have also been keeping in my thoughts and prayers, many of my friends that where laid off with me this last summer. Many of them have not founds jobs yet and I hope this year will bring them the jobs that they so deserve.

The last few months we have not had girls stamping day and I have to admit I have missed the time. We took a break for the Holidays and so that was good..but I am soooo looking forward to getting back to playing with my stamps and spending time with my friends !! We always have a good time. I have also put in a big stamping order and I am awaiting all my new items to try out and making something fun with !

I am awaiting a fun weekend and I wish the work week was over.....

It's winter here in Mini Sota

And the gentle breezes blow

Oh, how I love Mini Sota

When the snow's up to your butt

You take a breath of winter

Yes, the weather here is wonderful

Hello and Greetings from a very Chilly -18 below, Mn winter !I hope you all had a very Happy New Year. We had a great Christmas and New Year, as I hope you did as well.

So I bet you are wondering what we have going on next....

Jan and Feb are going to be very busy months for us as we have a lot going on. Imagine that. Hehehe but when aren't we busy. We have a wonderful vacation planned, and I am taking down all my Xmas decor this weekend. I always like to leave it up till New Years. So now it is time to put it all away. A big job. But nice to get the house back in order as well I suppose.

I will also be planning a Baby Shower for my sister to welcome our new Nephew in to the world. So that will require alot of prep work and cleaning and organization and food and such ! Wish me luck. As I have no vacation time to take off of work. Due to I will use it all for my vacation. But I am sure I will get it all done, I always so, and I will have help.

My Hubby is still working on the basement, which seems to be for years..but hey... every little thing he does, it just one step closer to the end and I am looking forward to that alot and being able to use that great space down there. It will be sooo nice to have a whole extra level in our home of usable space ! Yippppy!

Its been a few months since I have been stamping with my girlfriends and I am missing that alot. However I suspect with the items on my plate. I wont be able to joing them again until March!
