Something to Ponder.........

Hi everyone -

Back from Vacation and fighting an ugly chest and head cold. Finally starting to feel better today. A week later.
Hope all of you are feeling well and staying warm.

Well today, I have something to think about I saw and liked !

'Always be a first rate VERSION of yourself, instead of a second rate VERSION of somebody else'

Well isn't that a statement.

One to think about for the new year, forsure !

What changes do you want to make this year ?
How can we change who we are for the better ?

There are alot of jealous people and mean spirited people out there these days. Alot of them are closer then you know. Some of them might even be friends or family. Personally I am not a jealous person. I never really have been. But others are.

I am happy for anyone I know if they get or do or go places. I am happy for them and be sure to tell them as such. Others are not like this, some might want to try. But just can not be happy or express their happiness for someone else. Some have to keep up with the "Jones's" or keep tally and make sure to be one up on a friend or co-worker or family member. To me this is just silly. But I have experienced it myself from different people. Some even that have really disappointed me. But I just move on and make sure I don't ever do that to someone I know.

So be yourself, be a good person, care for others, take a look at yourself, your needs, your behavior. No one is perfect, by no means am I either. But take a second to think, to react in a way that is supportive and loving and kind to others. Think how you might want someone to react to you , if you had good news or a good experience or something to share. Member they choose YOU to share it with, depending on your reply might depend on how they share things with you in the future. A part of trust is also built and broken this way as well.

Show the world, how good and what good you can do and what GOOD you can be! Be real about it. Be sincere about it. Don't do it just for appearance. Show the world your best side and be proud of it. Be someone you and others are proud to know and can say good things about.

Take a bit of time just to think a bit about!
